Heather Ann Flanigan (nee Schell) passed away peacefully on July 15, 2023, just shy of her 83rd birthday.
She was predeceased by her husband James Flanigan and son Jeffrey Flanigan. Survived by her daughter Patricia Flanigan and granddaughters, Kira and Cali Hutchinson.
Heather led a full and busy life with a love for travel. She always had a twinkle in her eye and a love for entertaining that brought family home and friends together.
She will be missed.

Sorry to hear of your mothers passing. We were your neighbours at number 66 Pontiac bay in winnipeg when the homes were brand new. I was 10 and you were 2 at the time.
