Lenora Cameron was born January 12, 1929, to Frank and Pauline (nee Teske) Rietze and through the washing of regeneration and Holy Baptism on February 10, 1929, was made a member in the Kingdom of God at Trinity Lutheran Church, Winkler, Manitoba. She was brought up by God fearing parents in a Christian home and instructed in the doctrine of the Christian religion and made a commitment to her God and Saviour at her Confirmation on August 13, 1944. On December 26, 1951, she was united in holy wedlock to Robert Cameron at Trinity Lutheran Church. God blessed this union with three children, Patricia, Grant, and Sandra.
The Lord called Lenora home to eternal victory and rest on August 8, 2023. Though we lay her body to rest, her soul is in the presence of her Lord in eternal glory. Mourning her loss are her daughter Patricia (Larry Osadchuk), grandchildren Leslie, Monica (Cory Gallipeau), Kirsten, Scott (Jackie) and great-grandchildren Rowan and Arlynn Gallipeau, son Grant and grandson Chad (Kelly) with a new great-grandchild on the way, and daughter Sandra. She is also survived by one brother Lloyd Rietze (Helen), sister-in-law Helen Rietze and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Bob, her parents, 4 sisters and 11 brothers.
May our precious Lord who redeemed us from all our sins and has called his servant home to eternal glory, comfort the survivors with his gracious presence and promises, that they may join ancient Job in saying "The Lord has given and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord." Job 1:21b. Service of celebration of the resurrection will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church 1111 Southview Drive, Winkler, Manitoba on Saturday, August 19 at 11:00 a.m. with burial at Winkler Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to join in this celebration.

Our deepest condolences to Pat, Grant, Sandy, and families. So many wonderful memories of Mrs. Cameron playing the organ at church. Mrs. C. always had a beautiful smile and a kind word whenever we spoke. And even in later years always remembered us with cards and photos. She was always so caring. Such a good and faithful servant. - Posted by: Liz and Brian C. (Friends ) on: Aug 12, 2023
