• Wes was an active member of March of Dimes Canada's polio support group that met weekly as well as member of committees at March of Dimes Canada. His presence and participation in our groups will certainly be missed. Never afraid to speak up and share his experiences, Wes brought with him an advocacy towards people with polio that will not be matched. He made a difference. He was a special person, and his presence will certainly be missed. On behalf of the committees he's served on at March of Dimes Canada and the polio support group, we wish our deepest sympathies to the family. • My heart aches, thank you for the memories of learning to drive, fishing in the red river and introducing me to technology which led to my lifelong career of helping others. I will always remember just driving around to get ice cream and then just going crazy. Thanks for teaching me to navigate life as only you knew how and best of all how to have a good heart while doing it.
