• Elgin was always the friendliest person once you got to know him. My first recollection of meeting him was when he was carrying two large buckets of water to his home after filling them at the public water pump for homes who did have running water to their homes. I had never seen these operations before I was surprised as to big and stoning he was at the ripe ole age is 10. We shared a paper route shortly after our first meeting an stayed friends through high school.(Westwood Collegiate where he and Barb met and the rest.
