ROBERT CAMPBELL STEWART

With heavy hearts, the family announces the passing of Robert Campbell Stewart, after a lengthy illness.
Bob was born July 30, 1936, in Portage la Prairie MB. Son of Robert and Helen Stewart, predeceased by his parents; brother Jack and a son, Brian.
Survived by his wife, Heather; son Kevin (Donna); grandson Cameron; daughter Jennifer (Dale) Heppner; and granddaughters, Rachel and Meghan.
Robert grew up and went to school in Portage la Prairie. He worked for Manitoba Hydro on Northern Projects and in the Winnipeg Head Office. He married the love of his life and his best friend, Heather, in 1959, and had three children.
He was a deeply family-oriented man, who enjoyed countless vacations with family - camping, skiing, cottaging and traveling. Bob was a caring, happy, witty man, who will be profoundly missed.
Many thanks to Dr. Rabson, Cardiologist, for all his care and kindness.
Cremation has taken place; a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
