Eleanor Jean Phillips (nee Osipo), 81, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away on August 28, 2023, at St. Boniface Hospital.
A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held on Sunday, September 24, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Boogies Diner, located at 1155 Main Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Eleanor was my neighbor for years and I could always rely on her to watch my pets and house whenever we were away on vacation.
