With great sadness, we announce the passing of Terry-Lynn Favelle on Monday, August 14, 2023.
Born Terry-Lynn Ferguson on Monday, September 17, 1956, in Selkirk, MB. Always an adventurer, Terry had a long career as a singer/entertainer under the stage name Terry Peters. Her voice would carry her from Manitoba, through Toronto and surrounding southern Ontario, Ottawa, and Thunder Bay.
Terry would finally settle on her husband’s reserve near Dryden, ON. She would earn a degree and establish a successful career as an economical development officer.
Terry had a friendly personality, with a kind and generous soul. She was a great friend with a lot of great friends. Terry was a daughter, sister, niece, aunt, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was loved by many, and her loss will be felt by us all. As she joins her predeceased husband, and others she loved who passed before her, she will be loved, remembered, and missed.
A Wake will begin on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. until time of service.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. with an Elder officiating.
A private interment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 2300 Yonge St., Suite 1200, Box 2414, Toronto, ON M4P 1E4.
