It is with deep sadness and much love that we announce the passing of Jay, beloved husband of Beverley.
Jay will also be lovingly remembered by his children, Janice (Ralf), Guy (Krista), grandchildren, Nolan, Nathan, Emily, Ashley and Grace.
In honour of Dad’s wishes, there will be no service
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jay’s memory to Dugald Place Assisted Living Residence - payable to the RM of Springfield, 1000 - 800 Jaffray St., Dugald, MB R5P 0E9.

Hello to Bev, Janice and Guy and extended family members. I was just talking to Coila this evening and she advised me of Jay's passing. Carl and I wish to extend our sympathies to your families, and know that you will have many fond memories to carry you through the days ahead.
