After a brief illness, it is with sadness that we announce that Alma passed away on September 19, 2023, at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 85.
Alma is lovingly remembered by her husband of 63 years, Cyril Walker, children, Rob Walker (Cathy), Ray Walker (Linda) of Brandon, and Karen Haluschak (Ed); grandchildren, Karina Walker (Matt Levins), Michael Walker (Erin), Tyson McRae, and Eric McRae both of Brandon.
She also leaves her sister Marie Young, nieces, Lori Vouriot (Rob), Lynn Young (Gil Brunette) and great-nephew Tyson Vouriot.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street. Interment to follow in Holy Family Cemetery.
