George Dupuis peacefully passed away at St. Boniface Hospital with loved ones faithfully at his side in the early morning of October 12, 2023.
George is lovingly remembered by his wife of 67 years, Janet; his daughters, Barbara (Allan) and Brenda; and his grandchildren, Robert (Harvey), Ryan (Stacey), Randy (Courtney), Chris (Laurel), Reyd (Hayden), and Madison. He is great-grandfather to Nolan, Helena and Emily, and is survived by his sister, Simone. George is predeceased by his daughter, Beverly, who he has joined in the heavens.
George's loved ones have many stories of his strength, dedication, determination, and unwavering love for his family. He would never shy away from a challenge, and could build and repair anything.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. on Friday, October 20th at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
