JACK DENISCHUK
Jack peacefully passed away on October 10, 2023. He will be greatly missed by son Russell (Gidget), daughter Rose-Ann (Bill) and wonderful grandchildren Aaron, Delaney, and Lexxa. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. Thank you to CancerCare Dr. Kuhl and Nubia for providing the best care possible and following up on his health throughout. Thank you to ALL of the Poseidon Care Centre staff who helped my dad laugh, feel safe and feel himself again. From the BBQs to Bingo, he had something to do. Tittu, you always took the time to sit and talk with dad, shave his face, comb his hair and treated him with dignity, you are a very kind person. Dad will miss his roommate Nick-he always had a smile and a story to share.
At the request of Jack, cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held. Flowers are respectfully declined. If friends so desire, please make donations to CancerCare Manitoba.

My condolences to the family on the passing of your father and grandfather. Many good laughs were had with both of your parents when I came to do their foot are. Mom would talk of the good old days and dad always agreed. The one thing that stands out was their love for dancing. If you hear a little rumbling from up above that’s them dancing up a storm. - Posted by: Carole (Acquaintance ) on: Nov 19, 2023

Our deepest sympathy to the Denischuk and Frank families in the death of Jack, who was predeceased by his loving wife, Eleanor (nee Frank) in 2021. Jack was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother-in-law and uncle to the family. He always had a little treat for his nephews and nieces whenever we gathered at our homes, or at the various campgrounds or at the family farm. Jack enjoyed taking and collecting family photos and was proud of his vast collection of cassette music tapes. He loved sports and had played hockey in his youth. He never missed a Jets hockey game or Bombers football game on TV if at all possible. Our family will remember and cherish the good times we shared together. Jack, thanks for the memories, you and Eleanor are now together and will be forever remembered and loved by us all. - Posted by: Doreen & Garth Skinner (Sister-in-Law and Brother-in-Law ) on: Oct 26, 2023
