Blanche was predeceased by her beloved husband Ron in 1991. Her heartfelt love will endure in the lives of her family: her sons and daughters-in-law, John and Linda, Mark and Lesley, Todd and Becky; her grandchildren: Aaron, Rachel, Hayley, Dylan, Ashley, Kayla; her sister Peggy, and her nieces, nephews, and friends.
Her death is sad but not tragic because she has had a rich life. She has laughed, cried, loved and been loved, enjoyed the company of family and friends and lived life to the fullest extent that she was able.
The family gives thanks for all the care and support provided by Seine River Retirement Residence, Manitoba Home Care Services, Comfort Keepers Home Care, Southeast Personal Care Home, and E.J. Coutu & Co.
The graveside interment has taken place and a Celebration of Life gathering is planned for a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Blanche asks that you treat a friend to a meal and say what you appreciate about him/her, or, make a donation to Creative Retirement Manitoba Inc., 448 Burnell St., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3G 2B4.
