JANINA SAWICKI
Passed away peacefully at the Beacon Hill Lodge at the age of 93.
Janina will be missed by family and friends.
Janina held a Master’s Degree in Economics, and worked as an economist in Poland. In Canada she participated in Polish-Canadian organizations promoting Polish culture and traditions.
Memorial service will be held at Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel and Crematorium (1020 Main St.) on Friday, December 1, 2023, between the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with prayers at 4:30 p.m.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Holy Ghost Parish (342 Pritchard Ave.) with Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. The final resting place for interment following the funeral is the Holy Ghost Cemetery.
