JUDY GILCHRIST
JUDY GILCHRIST (nee DOWSWELL) age 80 years of Emerson, MB passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, November 20, 2023. Judy leaves to cherish her memory, her children Sharon Zinn, John (Angela) Gilchrist, and Laura Gilchrist, granddaughter’s Heather Atkinson and Samantha Gilchrist, and great-granddaughter’s Haven and Rhydann Atkinson.
Judy was predeceased by her infant daughter Heather, her husband Sam Gilchrist and her parents Harry and Laura (Felker) Dowswell,
A Celebration of Life will be on December 1, 2023 at the Emerson Complex. This will be a meet and greet from 1:00-3:00 p.m. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Wiebe Funeral Home Altona.

To John, Laura, Sharon, and families, Joan and I offer you our most heartfelt sympathies on the loss of dear Judy; a truly awesome person. Judy was an outstanding citizen that you all can be proud of. Always giving of herself, never one to say, "I don't have the time." We have many wonderful memories of our get-togethers over the years, all of which included many laughs! In later years, always in touch with Judy via emails and texts, we will miss that very much.
