It is with deep sadness that the family of Phyllis Rae Atkinson announce her passing at Charleswood Personal Care Centre on November 22, 2023 at the age of 102.
Cremation has taken place, and no formal service will be held.

There is not enough room to relate all of the fond memories that I have of Phil. I often think of the time I drove her to Selkirk Hospital to visit Gord. We walked into his room and he said Hi Tom and nothing to Phil. After patting Gord's hat she left to go talk to nurses. Gord turned to me and asked who the woman was - I told him it was Phil and he said no that isn't Phil - it's a very charming woman but it's not my Phil.
