It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of my beloved Mom Sharron Brown (Taylor) 73 years old of Maple Ridge, BC. Mom was predeceased by her parents, Mary Taylor (Kerrish) and Steve Taylor; her son Colin; sisters, Brenda, Diane; brothers, Patty and Robert.
Mom was born October 29, 1950 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and migrated to Whitemouth, Manitoba as a young girl. She met Dad (Ernie) where they owned/operated a dairy farm in Whitemouth, Manitoba for many years. Mom moved to BC and was a health care aide at Jackman Manor until retirement. After retirement, she wanted to keep busy and worked as a homecare attendant. She was a woman who loved helping people and everyone that met her instantly loved her personality. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, sense of humor, strong work ethic positive attitude and always out for a good time. Her interests included cooking, baking, golfing, bowling, fashion, bingo, dancing and enjoyed time with family and friends.
She will be remembered and cherished by her daughter Joy (Scott); her partner Gary; sisters, Cathy (Gani), Valerie, Terry (Larry) Darlene; brothers, Steve (Barb), Brian (Nancy), Felicia, Ray, Tina and Santiago; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
As per Mom’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of Mom’s life will be held in the future.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
