Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDR. STANLEY HYMAN
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Stanley Hyman, 84, who passed away in Winnipeg January 10, 2024, after a brief illness. His beloved daughter Jodi was by his side.
He was predeceased by his parents, Irving and Sarah and his brother Robbie and leaves to mourn his daughter Jodi (Connie), sister-in-law Barbara Hyman and his niece Allison Axelrod (Bobby), nephew Hartley Hyman (Rishona), their families and Stan's cousins and friends.
Stanley had many joys in life with a number of interests over the years. One of his great loves was his love for playing sports and running. He was a member of The Flavor Buds running group for many years and ran in many half marathons and other recreational running events.
He enjoyed his chosen profession of dentistry and this was evident by his frequent watching of dental procedural videos and attendance at conferences and other educational opportunities. He enjoyed photography with a dark room in our basement, eating at restaurants and especially trying "new foods" to satisfy his eclectic palate.
Funeral services were held January 11 at Shaarey Zedek Cemetery. Donations may be made in memory of Stanley Hyman to the charity of your choice.
Love you Dad XO

Stan and I were school mates and lived very close to each other in Oshawa. I have many fond memories of our early years. This a sad moment for me. Condolences to the family. - Posted by: Peter Solly (a good elementary school friend) on: May 11, 2024

I worked for Stan over 20 years ago. Yes he was a very kind man. I had no dental experience and he taught me the dental field background. Jodi your dad spoke very highly of you and was very proud of you (that is for sure). I remember all the times we went to Silver Heights Restaurant on our lunch breaks and for parties. RIP Dr. Stan - you will be missed by many. - Posted by: Lori (I worked for him ) on: Jan 26, 2024

Sorry for your loss Jodi. It's been many years since I saw you or your Dad. I used to babysit you when you were little and you were the flower girl at my wedding. - Posted by: Barbara Myer (1st Babysitter) on: Jan 25, 2024
