It is with great sadness the Dow family announces the passing of Karen Louise Dow, their beloved mother and wife, on Monday, February 5, 2024.
The family asks, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Karen's name to the Pembina Valley Humane Society (Morden) or Special Olympics Manitoba.
