It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John when the Lord called him home.
Predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Joan Baryluk; sister Teresa; brother Andrew, in-laws and Lisa.
Dad will be forever missed by his wife Elsie of 64 years; daughters, Ang and Barb; grandchildren, Alex (Jessica), Christian, Rhys, Ariel (Miguel) and Devon; great-grandchildren Natalia and Luka.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 23, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Avenue. Interment at All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Church or a charity of choice.

Always felt safe skating and playing hockey at Shaughnessy Park rink in the sixties while John was working. Remember him as a very kind man who worked hard to maintain ice for all us kids. RIP big John. - Posted by: Bob Ouellette (friend) on: Feb 25, 2024
