It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Rui (Roy) Fernandes Pimentel, at the age of 46, on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Roy was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend.
Roy leaves his loving wife Keri of 27 years and three children, Aidan, Nyla, and Marko. He also leaves to mourn his parents, John and Tina Pimentel, brother Randy Pimentel, nieces, Lalya, Madison, Cali, grandmother Maria Pimentel, sisters-in-law, Lori (Shane) and Tracy. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends including his beloved dogs, Buddy and Ace.
Roy was predeceased by his grandfather Joao Pimentel and grandparents, Filomena and Jaime Figueiredo along with his father-in-law Paul Romanoff.
Mass and memorial service will be held on March 5 at 12:00 noon at the Immaculate Conception Church, 181 Austin Street N. Reception to follow.
