GEORGE PETERS

March 2, 1944 - March 19, 2023

It's been one year, waking up and knowing I won't hear your voice, or get that text to discuss the latest hockey buzz (Go Jets), or life in general.

You had a gift that made everyone around you better, and of course, the greatest smile. While left with fond memories and favorite photos, your spirit will live on through your grandsons....

Always in our hearts,

Sheri, Mark, Kyler(Claire), Jason, Craig and Brock Allard

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • My sincerest condolences to George’s family. I had the good fortune to meet and work alongside George while I was with the Royal Bank of Canada at the Pembina and Kirkbridge branch. My time there was unforgettable with George being a large part of that, he was the branch manager. He was approachable, supportive, straightforward and always willing to pass on his wit and wisdom. A down to earth and common sense man , nevertheless he had a very charismatic way about himself, forever leaving a lasting impression upon you . He was held in high regard by all the staff and myself. I am a better person for having known him. - Posted by: Brian P Kozier (Banker associate) on: Jun 24, 2025
