With love and sadness, we announce Anne Merle Sinclair, born January 23, 1944 (80 years) passed into Heaven with Jesus on April 25, 2024, after a brief period of dementia and finally stroke.
She deeply loved her sweetheart of 42 years, Danny Marcyniuk who predeceased her on February 12, 2024, and also her beautiful daughter Jennifer Dunn on October 26, 2023. Her mother Helen Sinclair and her sister Rhoda Isfeld also predeceased her, and all women were Fisher River Cree Nation peoples.
Mom’s memory will be cherished by her brother Bill Sinclair (Sharon); her children, Marie Dekleer (Harry), and Fenton Dunn; her granddaughter Stephanie Clinch (Gerry); and grandkids, Hope, Solange, Kiara, Arianna, Austin, grandson John Clinch, grandson Terence Clinch (Crystal), and grandkids, Mackenzie, Maddox, Echo and by God’s grace, soon-to-be coming Abigail. She will also be missed dearly by her nieces and nephews, Elinore, Lawrence, Clarence, Brenda, and Blanche. She was so proud of them all in life. Her best friend Lorraine may miss her the most, having spent so much time with her these past days, months, and years.
Viewing will be held on May 3, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at E J Coutu Funeral Home, located at 680 Archibald Street, Winnipeg.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Craig Street Cats in memory of Tinkerbell.
Funeral details to be held at Fisher River First Nation will be announced at a later date.
