The Family of the Late (Christopher) Brian Henderson is saddened to announce his passing on April 30, 2024, at the Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg, MB., due to inoperable stage 4 stomach cancer.
With family and friends by his bedside, Brian joined his late partner, Janice Goodman (who also passed away at the age of 69 last December 2023), in the afterlife.
Brian leaves to mourn his sons, Christopher (Sharon) and Kelly (Alexandra), his granddaughter Sienna and her mother April Seenie, his remaining surviving sister Lorraine (Bob), and numerous relatives and loving friends.
In accordance with his wishes, immediate cremation has taken place and no formal funeral services will be held.
A Celebration of Life for Brian and Janice will be held either later this spring or in the summer.

I met Brian in 2018 while he was helping our community with the evaluation of some of our key programs. Brian was such an intelligent man and a progressive thinker, I enjoyed our conversations and learned a great deal from him. I will always remember the contributions he made to my community and the friendship we developed as a result of his work. Brian was a good listener and always offered an ear to listen and advice when I needed help.
