Seeing your Dad's broad smile along with your Mom as they made time to visit and enjoy your company (Sandra) when they came to the library on regular visits. Was always a treat to see. I am glad to read that he enjoyed such a rich, rewarding, fulfilling life. Of course topped off with the love and devotion of his beautiful family. Sorry for your loss Irene. I remember seeing you at Smitty's a lot with Ted. I also remember all the magazines you used to drop off. Take care . Your friend on Fleming Ave. Margaret Gutwein - Posted by: Margaret Gutwein (Friend ) on: Jun 27, 2024

Sending my deepest condolences, dear Irene, on the loss of Ted. I have very fond memories of serving on church council with him at Sherwood Park Lutheran Church, his advocacy for the Canadian Bible Society and visiting with both of you before and after church services. May he rest in peace and may our Lord Jesus surround you and your daughter and family with love and compassion in your grief. Blessed are those who die in the Lord. - Posted by: Gayle Moore-Morrans (friend) on: Jun 18, 2024

Ted was the nicest neighbor and role-model of a man to live right next door to for the 17 years I lived on Prince Rupert. He always had a smile, a kind word, and an inquisitive question …. Perhaps when I didn’t even deserve his civility and kindness! I will always have fond memories of your dad, Sandra, and I trust you and your mom will be able to celebrate his long and meaningful life these next few weeks and months. You are in our thoughts. - Posted by: Murray Decock (next door neighbor) on: Jun 17, 2024
