In 1982 they moved to Winnipeg where they spent many years until they retired to Steinbach in 2005. In his retirement he and Betty enjoyed volunteering in the community as well as spending time with their family and grandchildren. After Betty’s passing, he re-connected with Irene Kroeker and they shared six years of companionship. In 2020 he returned to Winnipeg to be
closer to family.
We would like to thank the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital dialysis unit for all of their support and compassion over the past five years.
