Laura Jean Coulter (née Gunn), wife of the late Welland (Red) Charles Coulter passed away peacefully at Fairview Personal Care Home on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at the age of 98 years.
Left to mourn are her children and their families, Heather (Curt Shoultz), Grant (Barb, Tia, Jessi), and Dale (Chris, Tyler.)
The family wishes to thank the staff of Fairview for their care and companionship over the years of Laura’s residence there.
Private family interment will be held in the Veterans’ Section of the Brandon Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Laura to the Brandon Humane Society, 2200 17th Street East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 7M6.

Heather, Grant and Dale and families, Our sincere condolences on the passing of your mom. I worked with Laura at the university for many years. She always had a smile on her face and I so loved our chats. Always very proud of her children and grandchildren! We also were neighbours on Fernwood. Laura was one special lady!
