Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

  • Sue was the lovely and kind person many remember her to be. Baking, minding, selling and always helpful. Best remembered for her lovely personality, if she was here she'd insisting on something adventurous near water. My heart goes out to all who knew her well, although it will be hard to love as much as Sue did. - Posted by: Indira (Friend) on: Jan 11, 2025

  • Susan has been a vibrant presence in my life since my early teens at Balmoral Hall. Her unflagging loyalty and kindness and support have sustained me through more than a few dark times. I cherish the laughter and hilarity we shared and her ability to see the light in me. I give my deepest condolences to her beautiful children and grandchildren, whom she adored and spoke of constantly. I feel I know you all a bit! My heartfelt sympathy to Susan's family for whom this loss must be deeply felt. I am grateful for my many memories. - Posted by: Jocelyn D Allan (Friend) on: Nov 20, 2024

  • I only had a chance to meet Susan once. What a lovely person she was. Immensely kind and every inch her mother's daughter. Her father and mother would have been so proud, - Posted by: Andrea Sale (First Cousin) on: Oct 13, 2024

  • I had the distinct pleasure of working with Sue many years ago. She was one of the kindest people I had ever met. No doubt many feel the same as I and it is comforting to know we are all better people for having known her and we will continue to pay it forward. - Posted by: Adriana O’Neil (Acquaintance ) on: Oct 08, 2024

  • In loving memory of Sue Roblin, a cherished friend and an extraordinary person. Our journey began in Winnipeg, where friendship blossomed into beautiful memories. Together, we graced the runway as models, sharing laughter and dreams that will forever remain in my heart. Sue's radiant spirit and kindness touched everyone she met. Though our paths may have changed, the impact she made on my life will never fade. Rest in peace, dear friend; you will be deeply missed but always remembered. • I met Sue in our 20s, having fun at Lake of the Woods. We modelled together for years. Sue had an infectious smile, and would light up a room when she walked in. We had many evenings out dinning and when we could, dancing. Sue inspired me to look after my body, she was an athlete and anything she tried to do she did her best! I was fortunate to see her whenever she came to Winnipeg. Sue was loved by everyone and I will miss her dearly. Love Eva. - Posted by: Eva Woodbury (Friend,) on: Oct 05, 2024

  • Susan was my lifelong dearest friend since we were teens. Together we shared countless wonderful memories and joyous times. We were best of friends through thick and thin. Susan was always so positive no matter what she faced in her life. She was genuine, resilient, supportive of others, loving and I will forever cherish her memory and the precious time we shared these last few months. Susan adored her three children and two grandchildren and they were the light in her life and brought her endless joy. My heart is with her family, may God bless you all. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.  - Posted by: Katherine Silver (Friend ) on: Oct 05, 2024
