J. Eldon Hood, 93, of Steinbach, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024, at the Vita Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis, one daughter, two sons, one brother, seven grandchildren, one step-granddaughter, thirteen grandchildren and one step-great granddaughter.
Eldon is predeceased by his parents, one sister Marion and her husband, one sister-in-law and Phyllis’ siblings and family members.

The memorial service to celebrate Eldon's life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 12:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

A fine boss, father, colleague and friend. His quiet strength and humour was a fitting example to those of us just starting out on careers and family.
