SYLVIA WARDEN
Sylvia passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg on October 7, 2024.
She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 64 years, Robert. Sylvia leaves behind two sons, Stephen and Robert, her beloved grandchildren Jake, Sam, Hunter, and Jilian who brought her so much joy and happiness. In addition, she leaves her sisters Shirley in Winnipeg, Betty (Billy) in Edinburgh, Scotland and brother Edward (Jude) in Essex, UK.
A tsunami of gratitude to everyone at St. Norbert PCH where Sylvia spent her last two and a half years. She spent most days singing, dancing, and laughing with her fellow residents. The staff could not have been more professional, loving, and caring. She would often keep the PCH associate director company as she worked in her office. Sylvia was a busy bee to the end! Thank you, Cris. Also, a boatload of appreciation to the staff and doctors at the Grace Hospital for providing such comfort and care in her final hours.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place.

Sylvia & Robert were great friends of my family. Since I was 10 I remember family New Years Eve parties at my parents house, Birthday parties, etc. even when I grew up and had children of my own she’d drop in for their Birthdays.
