MARGARET DOROTHY MCTAGGART

(nee PITMAN)

Margaret passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 30, 2024, at West Park Manor in Winnipeg, MB, at the age of 87 years. She will be missed by her three daughters, Wanda (George) Hicks, Gail (Doug) Barnsley and Sandra Beirnes; step-son Brian; grandchildren, Ryan (Angela) Hicks, Wayne (Darla Palmer) Hicks, Sarah (Jon), and Julie Barnsley, and Lisa Beirnes; great-grandchildren Verra and Atlas; her siblings, Albert Pitman, Elsie Breland, Harold (Angela) Pitman; sister-in-law Elsie McTaggart, and Margaret (John) Chalmers.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Elsie, brother Percy, sister Beatrice; her second husband, John; and her daughters’ father and first husband, David.

Our family would like to thank all the staff at West Park Manor for the loving care you provided our mom as she settled in enjoying activities and making friends for almost five years.

Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Mom’s Life is to be arrange at a later date.
