Herbert John Sayers, John to many, passed away on November 15, 2024, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Born in New Westminster, British Columbia on October 9, 1949, John's life was marked by his deep compassion, love for his family, and passion for wrestling.
John will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Valerie, his stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, friends, wrestling family, and fans.
A service will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church in Winnipeg on December 13 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception.
To honour John's life, donations to Siloam Mission or other food-security programs are encouraged.
