Dad, you were a wonderful father growing up and as an adult, the bridge between us felt sometimes blocked, please know I never stopped loving you! I’m so thankful we were able to speak a few times before you passed and I was able to hear you say how much you love me and I will ALWAYS be your daughter. Thank you for becoming my father when I was an infant, and though we were not blood, you were and always will be my dad.
