LEONARD CALVIN HIEBERT

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Leonard Calvin Hiebert, Aged 75, of Brandon, Manitoba, on January 30, 2025, in Sebring, Florida

He was born on September 15, 1949, to Philip and Olga Hiebert in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.

He married Gladys Tina Giesbrecht on July 29, 1972, and they had 3 children, Kevin, Bonnie and Cindy.

Len obtained his Red Seal in carpentry in August of 1977.

He worked as a carpenter for many years, started Gladco Builders with his good friend Keith, and later establishing Len Hiebert Construction which he operated with integrity for more than 20 years.

Len had a curiosity about the world around him and developed many interests including fishing, camping, gardening and general tinkering. He was an enthusiastic and loyal fan attending nearly all of his grandkids sporting events and school activities.

Many people in many contexts throughout his life benefited from his skills and broad expertise. He was an example of Godly character to his family and all who knew him.

Len will be lovingly remembered by his wife Gladys, son Kevin and his wife Caroline and their children Juliana, Micah and Levi, daughter Bonnie and her husband Chad and their children Logan, Taylor and her husband Jeff, Xander and Jenna and daughter Cindy. He will also be deeply missed by his brother Tony and his wife Luella and their family.
