Diana passed away peacefully in Ottawa on February 1, 2025, at the age of 95.
She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Myrtle Wells, her siblings, Richard, Joan Beaudin (Lord) and Nancy. She is survived by her husband Fred, her four children, Dave, John, Laurie and Libbie, 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Diana was born in East Kildonan but lived all across Canada. She and Fred retired in Winnipeg where they had many friends and were both members of St. Bede’s Anglican Church.

Our sincere sympathies to the Zeggil family. We were fortunate to live near and even beside the Zeggil's during our family's postings across Canada while our father served in the Canadian military. Retirement for the Zeggil's and our parents in Winnipeg expanded the relationship to our children. Mrs Zeggil was a grace-filled woman with love of family and community.
