  • I first met "Dr Livingstone" as a resident when I completed my Royal College examinations.I was appropriately intimidated when this meeting to place on the 6th Floor of the Eaton wing. He had just moved to Toronto General Hospital and he handed me my results- I had passed! Later in my career I began at TGH and he became "Ron" to me over my time there. He was always very supportive during my early struggles and challenges in my personal and professional life. Ron will be remembered always as a colleague and supportive friend when needed and as a leader in the times when we needed an effective advocate for women and for OB/GYNs providing their care. • My colleagues and I very much enjoyed working with Ron in Toronto at the Mt Sinai and Toronto General Hospitals. His good humour and expert advice in patient care was a big help in the care of our patients and in the development of the obstetric program. He is very missed. Deep condolences to the family. • Ron was a truly lovely man and a wonderful neighbour while he lived in our condo complex in Toronto. We moved in as the first residents in this new building and shared many lovely times, from dinner parties, to Happy Hours and ROMEO dinners with several of the retirees. Even though he moved back to Winnipeg, he was, and will be missed. Our deepest condolences Anne and John Bradwell - Posted by: Annette Bradwell (Former neighbour) on: Mar 01, 2025
