Died peacefully after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease.

Survived by his wife Martha; his son David (Jenny), his daughter Cynthia (Glenn Featherstone), his son Bruce (Kimberly) and his grandchildren, Emily Featherstone, and Benjamin, Eleanor, Laura, Nicholas and James Lovering. Predeceased by his parents, Gilbert and Mary Lovering.
