DORIS CHONSTKE

(nee KISHKA)


It is with deep sadness but many joyful memories the family announce the passing of Doris at Holy Family Nursing Home.

Doris is survived by her daughter Eleanor (Barry) Boyce of Texas, son Michael, grandsons, Ryan (Alycia) and Adam Boyce, Andrew (Suzanne), Matthew and Jordan Moncek, great-grandchildren, James and Charlotte Boyce, Abigail, Julianna and Calvin Moncek.

She was predeceased by her husband Frank of 65 years, by her daughter Sharon Moncek, and most recently by her youngest sister Marie Graboweski.

Funeral Divine Liturgy will be held at Ukrainian Catholic Church of St. Andrews, 160 Euclid Avenue on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. where Fr. Bohdan Lukie C.Ss.R. will be officiating. Family friend Deacon Gordon Mendres will assist as Cantor.

Following the funeral there will be a memorial lunch in the St. Andrews church basement. A private family burial will take place later in the afternoon at Pleasant Home Cemetery.

We would like to thank the Holy Family Nursing Home staff for their kindness and professional care.

May Doris rest in Eternal Peace.
