I was heartbroken to see the name Alan Cassidy listed in passages. Yes I realize it was bound to happen but it still pulls on my heart. My life path barely crossed with my uncle or his family, yet he always held a huge spot in my heart. My Auntie Eve and Uncle Al were always to special. They seemed exotic to me, traveling to far away places. I always remember my dad William Cassidy (Bill) talking about the 3 musketeers/3 amigos, Uncle Al, Auntie Jean and my Dad. There was always a smile on my dad's face as he brought a story from the past to life about the times they had shared. I wish there was more time, more stories.
