Christine Knight (nee Mackay), beloved mother of Douglas (Hilary) and Vanessa (David), died at home on February 18, 2025. Christine was born in Skerray, Scotland, moving to Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1930. She married George Knight on October 8, 1954.
Christine was a proud member of the Wrennettes, and later, a commissioned Naval officer. There will be a Celebration of Life at HMCS Chippawa, 1 Navy Way, on Sat, May 24 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to your local no-kill pet shelter.
