My sincere condolences to Betty and family. Bill and I shared many a broadcasting adventure at CKX Radio-Television... ...back in the day! A very thoughtful and considerate man with a mischievous sense of humour. All the best! Vince Dodds - Posted by: Vince Dodds (Friend/Broadcast associate) on: Jul 22, 2025

My sincere condolences. Although I didn't know Bill well -- I certainly admired his always, on-air, smooth delivery. And he always seemed to have smile for everyone. - Posted by: Dwight MacAulay (Friend) on: Jun 20, 2025

My condolences to Betty and his children Joel and Alison. Bill was the smartest man I knew. While living next door, we often played games and Bill would always knew all the answers to Trivial Persuit. No chance you could beat him. Sunday mornings have never been the same with Bill’s request program on CKLQ. The most wonderful songs were requested. He was a great host. - Posted by: Tonia Schol (Friend and one time neighbor) on: Jun 14, 2025
