May 6, 1998 – June 19, 2015
10 years without you.
I held you close through the darkest nights, wiped your tears until you felt all right.
I gave you love, I gave you my all, caught you, whenever you’d fall.
But you gave me so much more than a troubled heart, so much joy that set us worlds apart. You were strong, yet patient and kind,
in a world that is totally blind.
I really wish you didn’t have to go. All I have left are the memories, and tears that flow.
Love Mom, Don, Raven, Shaye and Taai.
Jaedra’s friends and family organized a mental health event called,
“She wore flowers in her hair”, to raise awareness for mental health, and proceeds to
Mood Disorders MB from 2016-2019.
There has also been a yearly scholarship in her name at
Collège Jeanne Sauvé 2016- present.
