It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved James Thomas Edward on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the age of 79.
James is survived by his beloved Wife of 51 years, Wendy Susan Edward, Daughter Michelle Heather Auger (Grant), Grandson Lucas James Charles Auger (Amanda), Great-Grandsons, Landyn, Levi and Arlo, Brother Bruce Edward (Emily), Nieces and Nephews, Michelle, Kathleen, Elizabeth, James; along with several Cousins, Great-Nieces and Nephews and many friends. James was predeceased by his Mother Kathleen Edward (Kay), Father Murray Frederickson.
James had many hobbies that included restoring airplanes at the Western Canada Aviation Museum as well as the restoring the T33 plane in Woodhaven Park in 1990. He was also very passionate about his classic cars. A 1954 Pontiac and a 1966 Thunderbird, which were both in his family since brand new.
Family was most important to James. He loved nothing more then to spend time with all of his family at our many family dinner gatherings throughout the year.
At James's request, no funeral service will take place. In lieu, we will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Goodbye brother. I will miss sharing memories from our past. We had a lot of great laughs. It's amazing that we survived some of that stuff. There is nobody left to share those memories with now.
