Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARLENE SZUNYOG
Marlene Szunyog, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on June 20, 2025, in Winnipeg.
Born on January 21, 1952, Marlene was known for her deep love of family, her creative spirit, and her zest for life.
She shared a beautiful life with her high school sweetheart, Chris, whose memory she cherished deeply. Marlene found joy in travel, but her heart was always at the family cabin, surrounded by loved ones. Her greatest pride was her family - her son Logan, daughter-in-law Shanna, and grandchildren Abby-Lynn, Andrew, and Archer.
Marlene had a gift for creating beauty, especially in her home, where her warmth and creativity shone. Her legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on in all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in her memory. A celebration of her life will be held next year.
