It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wallace Brian Ford, June 21, 2025 in Kelowna, BC just shy of his 83rd birthday,following a short battle with cancer. Born in Brandon Manitoba July 24, 1942 to Jack and Eva Ford of Ingelow, Manitoba.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Audrey of 53 years, daughter, Stacey and their grandchildren, Makayla and Lucas , Sister Gwenda(Roy), her children Brad, Lisa(Ken)and family, Shawna(Darcy)and family. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Doug (Terry), his nieces Candice(Rick) and family, Teralyn(Ty)and family.
Brian farmed with his dad and worked at Barr transfer before going to Paul's hauling trucking fuel. He then spent 20 years driving for John Deere in Brandon. He then worked hauling livestock for Peter Quintaine and son, until a workplace accident ended his career.
After Brian and Audrey spent three Winters in Yuma Arizona enjoying the beautiful sunshine. They then spent wonderful winters in Osoyoos BC, finally settling in West Kelowna to be with their daughter and grandkids.
His legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to inspire all who knew him. The family will have a celebration of life come fall in Brandon.
