LOUISE E. MAHUSSIER

Louise E. Mahussier was born on January 12, 1925, in Dobrowody, Saskatchewan. She was raised and educated in Chelan, Saskatchewan. In 1942, she married her beloved husband, Joseph, with whom she shared 73 cherished years of marriage.
Louise and Joseph made their home in Flin Flon, Manitoba, where they lived for 40 years. Together, they raised their four sons and many foster children.
In 1982, Louise and Joseph moved to Winnipeg, where they became active members of the Assiniboia Christian Centre (St. James Parish). Louise volunteered countless hours to church activities and was a devoted member of the Catholic Women’s League since 1947. She held several executive positions within the League before moving to Winnipeg.
Louise had a deep love for gardening and especially took pride in her rose bushes.
She is lovingly remembered by her four sons:

Dennis of St. Albert, AB

Jerome of Winnipeg, MB

Michael (Gloria) of Prince Albert, SK

Cary (Donna) of Winnipeg, MB
She also leaves behind ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Details of the service and mass will be announced at a later date.
