Patty passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the age of 64.
Patty will be lovingly remembered by her mother Lynore Ford; sisters Debby Slack, Cheryl Stephen and their families as well as her group home and COR families.
A Funeral service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Complete obituary information to follow.
