It is with sadness that I learned of Frank’s illness and passing. It is with gratitude that Frank came to DMCI; he was a student’s principal; a supporter of anything that would assists students be their best, including expectations.. Thus he was a great supporter of teachers who loved to teach, loved their students and tried to meet the needs of all students.
