It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Marie-Thérèse Lévesque (née Damphousse), beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She left us peacefully, surrounded by her family, on October 2, 2025, at the age of 94.
She is survived by her children Richard (Hélène), Jocelyne (Gaetan), and Fr. Gabriel, grandchildren Jacques (Amanda), Chantal (Steven), Katherine (Anthony), Josée, Stéphane, Emilie, Colin, and her great-grandchildren, Natalie, Darius, Nathan, Jordan, Sadie and Elara, as well as many brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband Alcide (2014), parents Clémentine (Dionne) and Joseph Damphousse, her daughter Louise, and many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Actionmarguerite St. Vital (Foyer Valade) for their kindness and care.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Norbert Roman Catholic Church on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. presided by Fr. Gabriel Lévesque. Mass to be preceded by prayers and eulogy at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marie-Thérèse's memory to a charity of your choice.
