It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Vi Schultz on October 25, 2025 at the age of 98 years.
Vi will be forever remembered by her children, Judi Janzen (Jake) and Richard Schultz (Jacquie); grandchildren, David Janzen (Caroline Belair), Susan Janzen (Danny Lutz), Baergen Schultz (Jake Thompson), Haleigh Schultz and Graham Schultz; great-grandson Dezi Lutz; sister Gwen Kruger; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband George Schultz of 52 years; second husband Ted Ridge; and sister Marianne Luscombe.
A family gathering in Vi’s honour will be held at a later date.

Like all who knew Vi--for me she was a testament of kindness and thoughtfulness. She also had a fierce tenacity. For May 13 I had invited our special group for lunch--the day before Ruth's birthday. VI came--by wheelchair--but Vi CAME!!! This time the birthday cake was for Ruth and Vi--it turned out to be for her last June birthday.
