• I’m saddened to hear of the passing of Murray. I will always remember his hearty laugh and big smile! Loved his keen sense when playing cards and how much he enjoyed being around family and friends. He would always be there to help out or offer advice. I will miss him. • Ida and I were deeply saddened when we heard of Murray's passing. We just spoke to him and sat with him at the St Vital Mall less than two months ago where we were yakking and laughing together. I worked alongside Murray for many years going back from Transcona Roofing, Camco Redboine to Allaire Custom Metal. I hired Murray at my shop for about five years due to his honesty, friendliness with people and his passion for his job. Murray, people like you are very hard to come by and I was very blessed to have known you for all these years. To your family, Mona Rachel and Lisa, Ida and I would like to give you our deepest sympathies, and as for you Murray, you will be missed very much! • We were neighbours of Murray and Mona (and the girls) for many years. We had great times, and created many memories across that shared driveway. • When i first saw Murray's picture in the obituaries i couldn't place him. Not until someone else here said that Murray worked at Transcona Roofing. Then it came to me. Murray was a very nice guy, he always had a smile on his face, friendly and chatty. As a contractor i would occasionally have metal bent at Transcona Roofing. My deepest condolences to his family. • Condolences to the Family, I knew Murray at Transcona Roofing, I was employed there for forty years. Not sure how many years Murray worked there but we crossed paths every day. He was always a polite man and he was the leader of the metal shop. Man he was good, he kept that department in line etc! I as well am getting up in age and time is running out.
